Waste of time

I tried to order make an order today since ae had a 25% off sale if you ordered through the app. Spent an hour picking out stuff only to get an error message when I tried to checkout. Emailed customer service through the site but the only option was to call in the order which would take way too much time. Honestly ae should be sending out coupon codes because its not working. Now I am missing out on 25% off. Huge waste of time.
