O app não finaliza as compras, o carrinho de compra não funciona fica aparecendo erro toda hora. Precisa de atualização urgente . O site também não está finalizando as compras. Nada funciona :(

Everything I buy from both Aerie or American Eagle is quality. I love the fit and the material washes well. I always size down because their clothes are a little loose and stretchy.

I find the best deal on the app. Me and my girls are tall so the long and ex long are great for us.

I have spent so much time walking around aerie, American eagle, and offline by aerie. Yet every time, I can always find so many cute and reliable pieces. These stores truly are my favorites!

I love the app is so easy to use . Love aerie and the swimsuit line you can find for women and girls all ages and body types and sizes best quality and if you catch a sale you can’t go wrong!!! These are the only swimsuits I use! Shipping is quick and the few turns are very easy.

Super easy to shop. Easy to favorite things and then add them to your cart from your favorites tab, easy to change size/colors of items already in cart, card and shipping info saved when you log in. Only downsides are that it can be glitchy every once in a while like freeze out of no where or randomly just close out of the app. And they don’t have a “best selling” filter to sort items when shopping and I wish they’d add that. They give model heights which is so helpful! Wish they would link each item in a pic so I can shop the whole outfit

A little glitchy. I actually had a jean category pop up as “Cigarette Jeans” and clicked them and they were gone? lol Was funny but yeah, glitches out occasionally.

The application hasn’t been working for a while actually for months every time I install it it says keep trying or retry or refresh and then nothing. It worked once a few days ago and then came back to make a purchase. It is not working again. What’s going on?

This is my favorite store and for it to be online is amazing!! Super easy to navigate!! You can have your things delivered to you!! Absolute need if you’re an AE girlie!

So they sent me a few checks for price adjustments and only one was a decent amount but they kept stopping payment and it would clear and they would stop payment and my bank shut me out and want something to prove this isn’t fraud I’ve spent months on phone trying to get it figured out. They tell me that they will get bck to me but never do…I have spent over 60 hours on the phone just trying to get my bank together and it’s messing so much up. I thought they were better than this…I have barely even ordered anything and this is one of my fav stores😓😒 I can’t even understand why they don’t think this is wrong and why they wouldn’t get bck to me to fix this crazy crazy only take e gift cards!

I was in your AE Hilo Prince Kuhio Plaza store today. Thought I could get my jeans purchase in store but found out this deal is only online. Your AE clerk, Candy helped me find my right size so I could put my order it online. She was so courteous & helpful! She even offered to help me if I needed help ordering online…I was so impressed! Need more 9” boxer briefs

I like the app. Love the brand. But can someone tell whoever is in control of the modeling to stop having the models pull their pants half way down? I’m trying to buy the pants not the underwear they’re wearing underneath of them. It’s hard enough to shop online but I can’t even tell what the dam pants actually look like🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I have continued to update this app and even have the newest iPhone 16 right now and it is still glitchy. It will not let me favorite any items and always is on “load” when I try to go to something else on the app. So frustrating!

I actually had to delete the app and go to their website to complete a purchase because it kept saying “an error occurred and to try again later” when trying to check out. The app also doesnt apply store credits to a purchase properly and results in the same error message. Surprised it’s been allowed to continue like this for so long as it’s inoperable.

I use to buy other brand jeans until one day my mother in law got me two pairs of AE jeans for Christmas tried them on fit me perfect fell in love now these are the only jeans I buy I wear size 8L have bought 8XL and let me tell you that extra length is awesome would buy again and again.

Double check your state’s tax percentage. Dont trust American Eagle calculation .

The app and website says that you are able to input and ship to an APO address but it did not allow me to put any APO address. Always says invalid.

I liked my experience because I could look at everything I needed and check my size at home and good clearance items!!!

ship to store approach is not so good

This is probably the most underrated store for great quality and price. The App is so user friendly and the response time of the online customer service is surprisingly amazing.

This app never works for me. Always freezes up and tells me product is not available on everything I look at.

American Eagle/Aerie is AMAZING! They have some of the cutest stuff i’ve ever seen. It’s perfect to look for school fits and of other occasions! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
