Went to place an order, said the shipping was free. After I placed the order it charged me for overnight shipping at a $20 fee that I did not want. Called immediately and was told nothing could be done, waiting to hear from "research team"

I love browsing the app but when I go to add items to my cart it always adds a lot more more in the quantity so I dont think this is a very good app for buying. Your best bet is just going in to the store or placing an order on the desktop version.

Its taken me 3 attempts to purchase 1 pair of boots using the app for iPad. When I tried to apply the gift card number it said I couldnt use PayPal, which was the button under the GC apply button. That got fixed then when I tried to put the balance on my credit card after the GC did get applied I had to enter my expiration date 2 different times (the correct date was entered) before it recognized that I had indeed entered a date. Its difficult to find categories such as boots when surfing around. Its just not user friendly.

The app is clutch but when I tried to check out it told me some of my items were sold out but they werent sold out while I was shopping..

In a nutshell AEO has comfortable/affordable clothes. Hard to find. I didnt know about their tall length clothing which is really awesome. I love their stuff all around I just try not to buy a whole lot cause you know I have to watch my spending. But every so often I will splurge. They are always so friendly and helpful at the stores and the app is user friendly as well. They only thing was that Ive tried so many times to put my rewards card on the app and it never works or goes through.

My fave store! My only complaint is that it is too easy to shop!

This app is so helpful. I go to a college in the middle of nowhere and I also dont have a car currently, this save me giving gas money to friends for a 2 hour ride to the closest American Eagle.

Ships fast, and accurate clothing measurement! Definitely recommend this app for shopping.

Works great, everything is organized well, no complaints

It is great when it comes to browsing and navigating through all the items. Unfortunately it seems to run into problems keeping your account on app and the website synced. Ive had a full shopping cart on the app and then gone to double check everything and purchase on the website only to have the website say my cart is empty. Then when I try to check back on the app Ill find that in trying to sync the two, my app shopping cart has been emptied as well. Even when I make sure to be fully logged in to both before adding anything to the cart. So dont switch back and forth between the two unless you want to lose your shopping cart and start all over.
