I have never had a problem when ordering from AE. They are the only place I can find skinny jeans for my son who wears 32" waist 36" inseam

Photos and sizes wont appear so I cannot add anything to my cart/bag, please fix :(

App is broken. Cant search for even the most basic of terms (just says no results found). Also cant open the product pages or add anything to my cart. I love AE and used to use the app a lot. Please fix!

The prices in the app are in US and even if I live in Canada, I cant change it. Also, in Canada WE DONT have a zip code, so maybe you could check this problem, because I cant put my card in Wallet. Thanks.

I live in Canada and trying to order things off the app was very difficult. Every time I went to checkout after I had decided what I wanted it would say I cant order certain thing or things that were in stock and in my cart are suddenly not available anymore. Eventually it worked but I had to remove multiple items that you cant purchase in stores.

The app just recently stopped displaying pictures when you click on a specific item. Very annoying since now you cant get a closer look. Would also be nice to be able to view prices in CAD. Otherwise well organized app.

Easy ordering. Great design. Only wish the pictures had more detailed images of the fabric.

Its a pretty good app, almost the same as the website, but the app has been shutting off A LOT on its own, and Ive also noticed that it says certain items are out of stock when its available it certain sizes witch is annoying cause then you cant buy it. Please fix the app closing problem!!!!!

App crashes when I try to add my card to wallet

just waste of time i took 40min to order my items. ill never use this app again, never.

Tried to place an order to Canada and always got errors such as State is invalid, shipping method is invalid etc etc.

The checkout system is glitchy which made me not want to use it even for the extra discount, you also cannot change the currency so i had to do conversion myself USD-CAD to find out what i was actually paying. It also will not let you checkout to Canada unless your signed in to your account. Over all a very poorly done app. I never leave reviews but this time im dissapointed!

Not happy with this app. If my items come on time and without complication I will be happy, but both the AE app and website need to seriously improve their systems and make better accommodations for Canadian customers.

I tried to order make an order today since ae had a 25% off sale if you ordered through the app. Spent an hour picking out stuff only to get an error message when I tried to checkout. Emailed customer service through the site but the only option was to call in the order which would take way too much time. Honestly ae should be sending out coupon codes because its not working. Now I am missing out on 25% off. Huge waste of time.

I had absolutely zero issues with this app this morning and even used the coupon code for 25% off. Got a good portion of holiday shopping done and will definitely be using it again! :)

Great app but some items dont ship outside the US

Im guessing the space in the postal code leads to the broken URL. Update - November 2016. In canada adding to Apple wallet crashes the app. Do you read these reviews? The latest update still crashes when attempting Apple Wallet integration

Need it simplified, feels a bit all over the place and need an easy way to "save" items I like and come back to it later.

Everything seemed fairly easy, as a Canadian shopper, I would have preferred for my total to be in CAD rather than USD. Site still needs some minor tweaking, otherwise I will be back :)
