The promised 20% Discount for those people who shop thru the app isnt working.

Stay away from it as much as possible. It freezes, you sometimes cant order for days (when there are big sales), products wont load etc

Doesnt convert to Canadian dollars. Tried to checkout but crashed, had to login again. Many pics dont load. Shopping on the website is much better.

Great app, love the promotion notifications and perks that come with it! Just wish the prices could been shown in CAD!

I dont usually rate apps unless they really impress me, and this one did! Easy to use, allows full access to everything, does not crash or anything of the sort, plus got 25% off for using the app! Thanks AEO!

App wont provide discount as promised...

Stop displaying prices in USD for an app on the Canadian App Store. When I add things to my cart it says it is unavailable to be shipped to Canada.

Crashes occasionally but exclusive in app promotions are great

While the website is excellent, the application is missing few things. No Canadian currency and does not add taxes like on the website. So, you end up not knowing the exam amount of the order. Furthermore, some items may show as in stock on the app until you actually place the order where you learn it only ship to the US. Overall, good app for US resident, not much for Canadians.

Well designed visually, easy to navigate. Deletes your cart items if you lock your phone or change tabs. Ill have a full cart that Im ready to buy and then go back to the app and all of the items I spent forever deciding on are gone!

App freezes all the time. Main menus work, but when you trying to click on a specific category to view the products, it never loads. Keep waiting for an update, but it never seems to come.

Waste of an app

Product inventory was not updated correctly. More than half my Items in my bag became unavailable during the checkout process. AE should have quantities listed for each size so shoppers are aware. Also I would like to have the ability to purchase more than 21 items.

Crashes. Wouldnt let me use my full gift card. Wont let me track my order.

Why make this available in the Canadian App Store if all the prices are in USD and checkout is all American??? Good try AE...

So far so good. I would recommend this and products. Will have to update once merchandise received. Everything about the app seemed to worked well. Will use it again. Wish Aerie could reward me points for the 3 bralettes I purchased before I figured out setting up my account.

Photos of the clothes dont appear in the app. Just a big space with nothing in it when I click on a piece of clothes.
